1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") create a legally binding agreement between you and GoBizzHub. By accessing or using our platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms you must refrain from using our Services.

• You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You consent to receiving electronic communications from GoBizzHub.
• You may not use the Platform if you do not accept these Terms.

2. Definitions

Unless the context indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• Platform: The GoBizzHub website, subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• Services: All learning modules, analytics tools, mentorship connections, community forums, the Learners to Leaders programme, and the KasiMatics simulation game offered through the Platform.
• Content: Text, graphics, images, videos, software, data, and other material available on the Platform.
• User Content: Any material you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
• Account: A registered user profile on the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

• Users 16 years and older may create an account if legally competent to contract.
• Younger users (13–15) require verified parental or guardian consent and enjoy enhanced privacy protection.
• Users under 13 may only participate through school or guardian supervised programmes.

3.2 Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update profile details.
• Keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access.
• Do not share your account or attempt to create multiple accounts.

GoBizzHub may refuse registration, require identity verification, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3.3 Account Types

• Free Account: Basic learning, community access, and limited tracking tools.
• Premium Account: Full learning library, advanced analytics, priority mentor matching, and certifications.
• School/Institutional Account: Bulk enrolment, educator dashboards, reporting, and customised curriculum options for Learners to Leaders partners.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for legitimate entrepreneurship and educational purposes. You may download materials explicitly provided for download, but you may not reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from our Content without written consent.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from:

• Uploading malware or harmful code.
• Harassing, impersonating, or defrauding other users.
• Scraping, automating, or interfering with system integrity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to our infrastructure.

4.3 Business Use Guidelines

• Enter accurate data into business tracking tools.
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared by others.
• Use financial simulations for lawful, good-faith planning only.

4.4 Community Guidelines

• Engage respectfully and professionally.
• Avoid hate speech, discrimination, and spam.
• Protect the privacy of mentors, students, and peers.
• Report conduct that breaches these Terms.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have rights to share it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of User Content and we have no obligation to store or backup your submissions.

5.2 Licence to GoBizzHub

By submitting User Content, you grant GoBizzHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform, including anonymised research and case studies. You retain ownership of your content.

5.3 Content Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, is illegal, or creates safety risks. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless immediate removal is required by law or for security reasons.

5.4 Prohibited Content

Do not post content that is false, defamatory, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, or malicious.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform Content, learning modules, KasiMatics game assets, trademarks, code, and databases are owned by or licensed to GoBizzHub and are protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not use GoBizzHub trademarks without prior written permission.

If you believe your copyright is infringed, email copyright@gobizzhub.co.za with a detailed notice including the protected work, the allegedly infringing URL, and your contact information.

7. Payment Terms (Premium Features)

Current pricing is published on the Platform and may include monthly, annual, or institutional plans in South African Rand (VAT inclusive). Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

• Payments are securely processed through approved third-party providers.
• We accept major cards, Instant EFT, and other published methods.
• Billing renews automatically until cancelled; failed payments may suspend access.
• First-time subscribers receive a 14-day money-back guarantee; partial month refunds are not provided.

Free trials automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends and are limited to one per user.

8. Mentorship Services

GoBizzHub connects mentors and entrepreneurs but is not a party to their relationship and does not guarantee outcomes.

• Mentors must act professionally, respect confidentiality, and avoid soliciting students.
• Students must behave respectfully and rely on professional advisors for legal, tax, or financial matters.

9. Learners to Leaders Programme

• Schools must obtain parental consent, supervise student activity, and ensure adherence to these Terms.
• Students receive enhanced privacy protection and may not be approached for external commercial purposes.
• Parents may review activity, request deletions, and withdraw consent at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. GoBizzHub disclaims all implied warranties and does not guarantee business success, funding, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, GoBizzHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the fees paid in the preceding 12 months or R1,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act or POPIA.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GoBizzHub and its representatives harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, use of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account via account settings or by emailing support@gobizzhub.co.za.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or if required by law.
• Upon termination, all licences cease and certain provisions (including indemnity and liability clauses) survive.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance; you may terminate your account if you do not agree.

14. Dispute Resolution

• Contact legal@gobizzhub.co.za and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
• If unresolved, the parties will attempt mediation; costs are shared equally.
• By mutual agreement, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration under AFSA in Johannesburg.
• Failing these steps, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
